KB10185 - What about support of Linux?

We supported Linux (on a preliminary basis via Borland's Kylix) in the DK 6.0 version which was released in early November 2001, but the market response was not promising. Since the DK v. 7 release, TatukGIS no longer represents Linux support, although we could easily bring it back if we judged that there was enough market interest to justify the costs. In the meanwhile we have focused on porting the DK to ActiveX and .NET. And our thinking at this time is that Linux might be a more interesting idea for the TatukGIS Internet Server products than for the DK.
