If the styles (colors, polygon area fills, line types, label appearance and fonts, symbols, etc.) used to render each vector area, line, point, etc. are static, the IS LITE performs the same as the full IS version. But, it the thematic presentation is to change dynamically, based on dynamically changing vector attribute information that is held in a “joined” SQL database, the full version of the IS product is required for this.
