KB10728 - Does the TatukGIS Editor or AIC work in a Citrix (terminal) server environment? Does the TatukGIS licensing allow this?

Yes. TatukGIS has successfully tested the Editor in a Microsoft terminal server environment, but never in a Citrix server environment. However, some TatukGIS customers have confirmed that the Editor and AIC products work just fine in a Citrix server environment.

The standard TatukGIS license agreement precludes the use of the AIC or Editor in a terminal server (concurrent user) environment. Contact TatukGIS if wish to license either product for use in a concurrent user environment. The TatukGIS concurrent user pricing is three times the normal per desktop computer license fee. Our understanding is that 3x pricing is consistent with industry standard for use of a desktop application in a terminal server (concurrent user) environment.
