KB10769 - What is the privacy policy of TatukGIS with any information that I provide about me or my project?

The policy of TatukGIS is to not share with any third party any personal, company, or contact information that is provided to TatukGIS. TatukGIS uses such information only to verify a purchaser’s identity to minimize the risk of fraud, to manage who has the right to access product upgrades, TatukGIS technical support, and licensed user forums, and to understand the composition of our customer base. In the event that TatukGIS would like to put you in communication with some other party who is using or interested in a similar TatukGIS product, we will do this only after first obtaining your permission.

In the event that a TatukGIS customer sends TatukGIS source code, data, or other information relating to its work with TatukGIS products (such as to help resolve a technical support issue), TatukGIS will keep any such information or data confidential.

Registering with TatukGIS means placement on the TatukGIS mailing list, which is a low-volume (6 - 12 mailings per year) e-mail list used to inform interested parties of new products or the release of significant product upgrades. We provide a procedure for anyone to remove themselves from this e-mail list at any time.

TatukGIS requests that you provide accurate and verifiable contact information (name, organization name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.). Intentionally providing false identity and/or contact information is considered a violation of the software license agreement.
