The AIC project manager module allows the user to easily assemble image files into a project, define the target coordinate space for the output image, and otherwise set the project parameters

The AIC Edit Module allows the user to apply ground control points to each image file. Coordinates can be entered with the keyboard or lifted from a reference file with mouse clicks. Above: A vector map file in the reference file window (right) is used to apply CGPs to the image in the working file window (left).
 

A reference file (DGN vector map) in the right window is used to add a GCP to the corresponding location on the working image in the left window.

The sizes of the circles represent the relative RMS error of each GCP. Active GCPs are red color and inactive GCPs are yellow.

The preview function saves time by allowing the user to review the project to check for mistakes before generating the output image.

An AIC exported georeferenced raster map image opened in ArcView over a vector map layer of the same terrain. The image perfectly fits the vector map layer.
