TatukGIS Product Ordering Policy

Products purchased from TatukGIS web site are delivered by internet download (unless specified otherwise)
The customer is responsible for keeping a backup installation copy of the purchased product.
Purchase payments can be performed by credit card or bank wire transfer.
The payment amount received on the TatukGIS bank account should be the invoiced amount - the buyer must increase the bank transfer payment amount sufficiently to cover any fees deducted by the paying bank and/or partner banks involved in the bank payment process. TatukGIS is responsible only for any charges by its bank.
A purchase performed using the on-line Credit Card payment method is processed in two phases:
1. Authentication phase:
  Customer submits the Credit Card information on-line to the credit card processor. The transaction amount will be blocked on the Credit Card.
2. Approval phase:
  (typically not longer than 24 hours on business days, unless subject to par. 9)
  TatukGIS approves or denies the transaction. Upon “approval”, the payment amount is charged to the Credit Card. Upon “denial”, the credit card is not charged and the block for invoiced amount will be cleared.
Purchases performed using the off-line Credit Card payment method (which involves submitting to TatukGIS faxed or scanned form) are processed in a single phase.
If TatukGIS approves the transaction, it will charge Credit Card (typically not longer than 24 hours on business days, unless subject to par. 9)
The use of the off-line Credit Card method is recommended only for cases in which, for some reason, the on-line credit card payment method cannot be performed.
The amount charged using the off-line Credit card payment method can, in some cases, be slightly different than the invoice amount because the credit card transaction must be processed in Polish Zloty's (PLN) which requires the credit card to processor perform a currency exchange rate calculation. Some credit card issuers (banks) may apply an additional charge to credit card transactions performed for offline/online transactions or transactions in foreign countries. TatukGIS has no influence over such surcharges (imposed by the bank that issued the credit card). TatukGIS in no way benefits from any such bank surcharges and TatukGIS will not refund to the purchaser any charges accessed on the transaction by their bank. To avoid any misunderstanding, best is to verify in advance of the purchase if the bank that issued the credit card applies any transaction surcharges.
All transactions will be approved by TatukGIS before the transaction is processed. TatukGIS reserves the right to deny any transaction, in particular such as if the purchaser does not provide sufficient registration information, does not respond to a request for additional information, or the purchaser is in a country subject to restricted export rules.
TatukGIS reserves the right to ask a purchaser/customer to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement and/or provide additional information before approving a purchase transaction.
If TatukGIS decides to deny transaction:
1. any payment by bank wire transfer for the transaction received by TatukGIS will be returned;
2. any Credit Card payment for the transaction will not be charged.
The purchaser will be notified by e-mail when the transaction is fulfilled.
Download and activation access to the purchased product, technical support, etc., starts after fulfillment of the transaction.
TatukGIS provides on-line access to invoices. A physical invoice can be provided via the post mail upon.
TatukGIS does not provide refunds for purchased products. As stated in TatukGIS product license agreement, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to evaluate the trial version of the product before purchasing to ensure that product fulfills the purchaser requirements and to avoid any risk of disappointment.
TatukGIS will respond to any complaint related to a purchase problem within 7 working days. However, a complaint related to a Credit Card purchase could be subject to the procedures of a particular credit card organization, e.g., Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress or credit card processor.
TatukGIS may process credit card transactions using services provided by eCard S.A. (www.ecard.pl) or First Data Polska S.A. (www.firstdata.pl)
TatukGIS does not receive or store customer credit card information relating to purchases performed using the on-line credit card payment method. When the on-line credit card payment method is used, the credit card number and other information is provided only to the web site of the credit card processor using industry-standard security protocols. TatukGIS stores off-line Credit Card payment authorization forms for 5 years.
When placing a purchase order via the TatukGIS online shop, the purchaser accepts that some personal data can be collected for purposes of transaction fulfillment, in compliance with Polish Law ( Dz.U. nr 133 poz 883)).
