This free Windows application interactively converts the coordinates of a point between coordinate systems. The version 2 reflects the same coordinate system support as the TatukGIS Developer Kernel (v.9) and TatukGIS desktop Editor (v.2) products, which means nearly 3,000 pre-defined map coordinate systems in use around the world (including all the U.S. State Planes), with simple selection from a drop down list. The Calculator also provides for custom coordinate systems defined from the 120 supported projections and 350 supported datums. The support reflects EPSG codes and OpenGIS WKT coordinate system definitions.

For batch conversion of large amounts of coordinate data (for many points) in a single operation, run the 'CSConverter' script in the TatukGIS Editor product. This script is one of many packaged with the Editor product.
