TatukGIS DK Server Deployment Royalty
The payment to TatukGIS of a DK Server Deployment Royalty is required anytime that an application created with the TatukGIS Developer Kernel (DK) toolkit is used on a server computer in a multi-computer or multi-user configuration. One DK Server Deployment Royalty payment is required for each incidence of the deployment of DK functionality to a server computer. This includes both multi-user web server configurations, such as solutions developed using the DK-VCL_IntraWeb_Component, and multi-user client-server configurations.
