MapQuest Open Tiles
Editor/Viewer version 3.2.0 (as well as Developer Kernel 10) can open tiled web services.
MapQuest offers a free service with street maps and aerial images tiles. See the maps in action at: http://open.mapquest.com/
The Editor/Viewer Favorites contains new entries:
