About TatukGIS

TatukGIS makes a portfolio of professional grade, general-purpose geographic information system (GIS) software development kits (SDK) that are licensed by companies in a wide range of industries to develop custom geospatial solutions. All products are built from internally developed and owned technology, without dependence on third-party software components. Features and functionality are universal, so not specific to any industry or type of customer.

Each SDK product edition is compiled natively for a specific development platform, e.g., Delphi and C++Builder, .NET, ASP.NET, ActiveX, Java, and Python, providing the tools to develop professional GIS applications for just about any operating system and the web. Each SDK edition is highly similar, with essentially the same object-oriented API and comprehensive geospatial functionality.

TatukGIS additionally makes (from its own SDK) a general-purpose desktop GIS editor application for geospatial data creation, editing, mapping, modeling, and analysis, and a free desktop GIS viewer. The editor application incorporates a powerful scripting IDE for customization or exposing in the application any SDK supported functionality as a scripted plugin.

Products agnostically support most geospatial industry data formats and standards, including advanced spatial databases. Most formats are supported natively, so without need for external libraries or TatukGIS internal data format.
