KB10650 - Problem connecting to MySQL database from more than one computer.
Verify that you are not using the user "ROOT". User "ROOT is by default restricted only to the local host connection. As long as the same connection parameters are used (the layer name is only different for a TTKLS file), multiple computers/users are able to share the same database connection. If you provide a different password for each connection, as many connections are possible as there are variations of your connection string.
