For a vector layer, how do you assign the following TGIS_SymbolLineEx code in C++Builder?

COLOR(0,0,0)FOR()LINE(100T)MOVE(100T0T)END()

ll->Params->Line->Symbol = SymbolList()->Prepare( "&COLOR(0,0,0)FOR()LINE(100T)MOVE(100T0T)END()") ;
