2d and 3d simultaneously

Hi,

I have an application in which I have to maps. One always on 2D and the other always in 3D.
They open the same project.
The 2D gis is the main gis and moveing the map will update the extent of the 3D map.
At least I want to but nothing happens.

What should be done to let the 3D map automatically redraw when the 2D map visible extent is changed?
