I have not found any hints  and references why LabelsOnTop can not be set any more for a layer. How do I do it in DK11?

Solved
I have a poly being rendered on a layer. What I need now is to be able to display a chart inside a polygon based on its field values.  I have seen no examples that are of assistance yet.

Hello, I want to draw a point/line on the Gis-Map and I need to set the default parameter for the shape size. They are in Params.Marker.Size but it is related to a created object. At start I have no objects. How can I get the default min/max size? ​Thank you in advance.
